Ron is a licensed real estate professional and has been the property manager with T. Okamoto & Co. since 1985. His work in the construction trades for over 40 years, 20 of those as a journeyman electrician, has provided him with an exceptional breadth of knowledge regarding the practical aspects of property management. This experience enables him to help identify, analyze and resolve existing and potential maintenance and repair issues using an established network of reliable and experienced contractors.

Specializing in single-family homes and multi-family dwellings, Ron is responsive and perceptive, combining professional expertise with a sincere emphasis on personal attention. Under Ron’s guidance, T. Okamoto & Co.'s Property Management division has quadrupled in size since 1985 and includes properties in the East Bay as well as San Francisco. In addition, Ron has helped new and existing clients purchase and sell investment properties as well as their own homes.
